FIRE PREVENTION WEEK ON THE AIR

 

Hello All,

You are receiving this email as a result of interest in operating as N7F during fire prevention week.  I am Stacy-KK7CJV and Lee-K7NM has asked me to help organize the 7 call district operators for Fire Prevention Week this year.  Lee is very busy getting his tower and antenna back up and on the air after a wind damage event. 

I am hoping for as much help as possible for operation of N7F. 

Dates are  4 - 10 October.  Operations between 0001Z on 4 October through 2359Z on 10 October. Please see Hamfire.com for details.  

I need a list of folks who can and will operate for some periods through the week.  I will send out the safety tips for this year to you.  You can operate any mode at any time on any band - just check the collectors.  The more the merrier.

Anyone in the 7th call district can participate - just have them contact me so I have a list of folks to correspond with and gather logs from.
